Also called shadow parasites, they can cause unwanted behaviors such as addictions. They can also drain energy, leading to a sense of heaviness and fatigue. Clearing yourself from such entities helps you regain control of your mind, body, and ultimately, yourself.

The rollercoaster of life can be challenging, especially when dealing with emotions. Trapped emotions can feel like heavy baggage, constantly weighing us down. Releasing these trapped emotions can be incredibly beneficial for living a more carefree and positive life.
